i switched my desktop on one day to find my wireless mouse and keyboard not working.I have an Acer Aspire RC550/RC950 seriesHID keyboard (ACER)FCC ID: E8HKBR0355Model number: KBR0355"device working properly"location 0HID-compliant mouse (MICROSOFT)FCC ID: E8HMSR0238TModel number: MSR0239T"device working properly"
location 0<i have tried replacing the batteries, doesnt work><I have limited knowledge on technical terms>
