Question:

Wireless network connection paradox

Hello!I have a Sony Vaio laptop PCG-K13 with the LAN-Express wireless adapter Product installed.Problem: from time to time (at least twice a day - could take hours) even when the Network Connection Status shows "very good" signal strength (4 bars out of 5) and shows "Status: Connected", I lose connection to the net.I try "Repair" (the connection) but nothing happens even though the boxsays that it's "disabling the network adapter". All I can do is wait (5 - 10 minutes) until the balloon message advises that "the connection has now been established".I got here because I thought this might have something to do with that network adapter - can the drivers be upgraded?Or maybe it's something else. Other laptop users have no problem connecting and maintaining the connection with this network. Please advise! And thanks!TerryBritish Columbia
