Wireless phone extension?

i am looking into getting a wireless phone extension so that i can get sky multiroom in my room. is it true that they dont work with sky + and does anybody know where i can get one that is able to work with sky+. ive also read that they can cause problems with wireless systems. my wire less connects to the main phone line so will this still cause a problem? thanx
