1. i've done this setup before with verizon FiOS so let me try to help you. try this set up. but i will need some details so edit your question with the following and i will edit mine to help you

Connections- how is the Verizon router connected to the Belkin router since from your map i dont see it. tell me the map this way..................Internet to Verizon Router(i assume this)- Verizon to [ROUTER1 NAME belkin?] using WIRED or WLAN- [ROUTER1 NAME] to [ROUTER2 NAME linksys?] using WLAN (i assume wlan from your map above)- then ROUTER2 NAME to XBOX WIRED (again assuming from above. this will give me a better understanding of how everything is connected be sure to put which router where it says ROUTER# NAME update these things on a edit and i will edit my answer to help you

    EDIT----------

ok if you are trying to connect 2 routers via ethernet cable, you need to connect them using 1 of the 4 ports, not the internet port. if you are trying to connect the 2 routers wirelessly, you need to set the second router as a client bridge. email me @ baronthebutthead@yahoo.com or Y! messenger @ baronthebutthead.....lets talk that way
