Wireless router does not work with pc

Question

I cannot access the internet via the router. I have tried the router with my laptop and everything works fine. When I try it with my pc I cannot access the internet. I am able to ping google.com and no packets lost. weird.
tried everything. when i unplug it from the router all is good. help.
