Wireless router not giving off a signal?

Question

i have a mac that connected to the wireless router fine but i went on vacation and after 2 months my mac dosen't pick up the signal anymore. the router is connected to my desktop PC and the internet works fine on that computer. i also tried connected to the internet on my PSP and that dosen't seem to work either.

any solutions?

plug ethernet into your wireless router...

log into the web management page...

check to see that SSID is enabled.

if it is... check that your airport connection is turned on... and able to obtain a DHCP from the router...

ensure that DHCP is also being distributed by the router..

check your ethernet port on back of computer for active connection,should be a light on back there.Check the same port going into router,one of the two is failing
