Wireless router?

i just bought a new dell for college, it has a wireless N wireless card. all the wireless routers in the dorms are b/g. will i be able to get wireless access? in other words, is N backwards compatible with b/g?

Yes, the wireless N card that you have in there is actually backwards compatiable to both B and G networks.  So you won't have to worry about being able to access anything, you're good to connect anywhere you can get a wi-fi signal.
