Wireless router??

my next door neighbour has a wireless router and mine is broke..

is ther anyway i can use his for my laptop?

just like the answer 2 above me said...you need to just connnect normaly...and if its protected witch it most probebly is you need the passkey and some easy ones to try are

also try his mob number if you know it

i say that because its usually a 10 key passcode...and seriosuly who knows a 10 coded password (thats retorical) of the top of ther head...besides your mob number

if not ther are tuts on the net on how to crack wep keys...they are lengthy and a bit tricky if your game...but since your on here asking about this i dont think you are...and then all is left is to either brake into his house and reset his router so the password is reset or knock and ask :):)....

or buy a new router :P:P

Yeah

Right-click the Connection icon in your taskbar to get to "Connect to a Network"

If his network is unsecured you can use it. If it's secured you will need his security key/passphrase
