Wireless router which can work in India and USA with Brand and Model?

Hi, Currently I am in US and planning to buy a router which can work in India as well (I don't want to purchase another adapter). Kindly guide me which router can work in India and USA both. I have found one i.e. ('ASUS WL520GU Broad Range Wireless Router - 1 - IEEE 802.11b/g - Wireless Router - 90-IDS002A00-01PZ' ).

2. What no of channel I have to look which can work in India and US.

Please suggest the Brands and Model no of availaible Routers.
