Today I spoke to a Netgear representitive on the phone about a problem with our internet and they advised me to email you for assistance.
Our problem is that we have been made aware that other people maybe accessing our internet connection as our bills have unusually spiked in the last 3months.
We heve been advised to email this address for specific advice, and in particular to obtain a passwprd for our modem. Please let us know how to proceed.
