Wireless spy cams?

Are wireless spy cams with full control(like zoom, pause,save etc) available anywhere in the world ?if yes where ?

depends on your definition of "Spy" and your definition of wireless.  You could get a wireless repeater or extender (maybe router or hub) and then one of these style cameras:

Why do you want it to be wireless?  Wired usually provides better picture, and lower maintenance.  How would you power a wireless one?
