Wireless working very slow

My wireless is working very slow almost impossible to work. I update the wireless driver & BIOS didn’t help.Data:Wireless router: Edimax BR-6216mg I’m using WPALaptop: Dell vostro 1510 windows XP Pro.Network adaptor on the laptop: Dell wireless 1395 WLAN Mini-CardI have another laptop at home and I have no problems there.What should I do?
