well there is this trainig program for girls that is pretty intense

its called high performance

I'm not sure if thats what ur looking for but here's an overveiw on the program

You have to try out check the website for local listings and if you make it then you will be choosen for a certain camp an then you travel to whichever place that camp is and you practice 3times a day
