I got my wisdom teeth out two days ago, and i was just wondering if seeing blood still is normal. It is not that much, but when i rinse with salt water, i see some. Also, how many times are you suppposed to rinse with warm salt water? I dont know if i am doing it correctly though. I just put it in my mouth, and just try to swirl it around without any ppressure. Is that the correct way? what is the correct way? Why does it feel that i cant close my mouth? what is that feeling in the back of my mouth? It feels like there is something there, but not really..

  1. proper way to rinse: put the salt water in your mouth.

move your head from side to side..NO SWISHING.

after move it up and down.

then do no spit it out just tilt your head forward, then let the water run out of your mouth. DO NOT SPIT IT OUT!

  2. Well the first step is to stop worrying.  Healing time is different for everybody, and as for all your questions, it just takes time.  And everything your feeling is normal.  Just give it a week and you'll be fine.
