  1. codeine, vicodin or percocets.....

I told them vicodins didn't help me and they didn't help me and they gave me percocets.

They prescribe percs the most for this.

  2. Vicodin (5mg hydrocodone/ 500mg acetaminophen)

    Tylenol with codeine

    Extra strength Tylenol

And if the pain isn't too bad, you can just take regular meds like Motrin, Advil, Ibuprofen, Tylenol, or Aspirin.

But if you're taking Vicodin, don't take with Tylenol because the 500mg of acetaminophen in it is already Tylenol. You will overdose if you combine Vicodin with more Tylenol. You can take it with Motrin though. One Vicodin with 3 Motrins is a good amount to keep pain and swelling away.
