Wisdom teeth problem??

Question

I got my wisdom teeth pulled on saturday and ever since then i've had pain when i'd wake up from sleeping. The pain was only at the site of where i got them removed.

Then later on in the day it looked like i had white stuff inside there that wouldn't come out and im most positive that its not food. I also tried rinsing it out with the syringe but that didn't help.

Also, i've had a foul smell and taste in my mouth which im guessing is from the surgery.

What should i do?? Do you think its a dry socket or something???

It sounds like puss or something.. but i don't know.

it would most likely be a dry socket if your in so much pain. call your dentist to go and see him asap
