  1. When I got all 4 of mine out, I don't even recall them stitching them up. I do remember one of them getting a dry socket (whatever that is, i'm not completely sure) & it was super painful. You should just call the dentist office and ask them what they think.

  2. i think you must go back...wounds in it are rather deeper than other molar teeth..

but if your budget does not allow that, and you're no longer under drug prescription, i recommend you take around 500-1000 iu of vit c in tablet form per day until the wound heals. or drinking undiluted and unsweetened citrus juice everyday will do.

  3. you lost the blood clot. your dentist can place a dry socket treatment in there to prevent infection. remember, no sucking, smoking, etc. keep the area clean and free of food and etc.

  4. hmm what kind of stiches did you have? when i got mine removed i only had stiches on the top; what you will want to do is get some luke warm salt water and keep it in your mouth do this until your bleeding stops, this can take a while . this prevents infection and promotes the beginning of the wound to heal. if it becomes worse where it's seriously painful and the bleeding doesnt stop after today then i would call and see what the dentist's office would say.

try not to worry too much; when i got mine removed on the 6th day on of my gums got soooo swollen i couldn't see half of my molar; but it's all really up in the air for about the first 2 weeks, hope everything goes well! good luck!

  5. Go back to the Dentist before the open wound gets infected.
