So, I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed soon and I'm terrified. I hate dentists, I hate strangers' hands in my mouth, and I hate pain. What is involved in the precedure? Did they put any needles in your mouth to numb you or did they just use gas to knock you out? I know they put an IV in my sister when she had hers done. What was the pain like afterwards? Any info is apreciated!

  1. Yes your teeth are numbed or you can go under general anesthesia. afterwards they give you pain killers and antibiotics, there is swelling and a bit of pain, but if you keep you head elevated and ice on your cheeks, you dont feel much. The swelling can last for a few days and in a week you should be much better
