Wisdom teeth taken out a week ago..have a question about recovery

i got them taken out about a week ago and the pain and swelling are all gone.well theres still a lil pain but not enough for painkillers..but anyways..i still cant fully open my mouth all the way and its really buggin me cuz its hard to eat..how long till i can open my mouth all the way and eat normally again???plz and thank you

i would love to tell you it will happen in "x" amount of time but it all depends on your body and how fast it decides to heal. i had all 4 of mine taken out last October and another tooth that was decayed all at the same time and i was able to eat normal after 3 or 4 days.i know its a pain but let your body do its thing. hope it helps and heals soon. so you can go back to eating yummy food. :)
