  1. Ouch.  Not having insurance to help you out can be rough, but it sounds like you really need to get that tooth extracted.  See if you can find a dentist that will be willing to work with you on the payment.  Maybe they will let you pay in installments that you can afford.  Good luck.

  2. Not having insurance sucks! And I am sure that you know this will be an expensive extraction. So my best advice is to search for a dentist that would do it pro bono. If that doesn't pan out check for dental schools in your area. They often do the work at a discounted rate and have an experienced dentist assisting. If no luck here either look for a payment plan. But be sure to get it out!

    Good luck.

  3. Do you have regular insurance? Often regular medical will cover impacted teeth.  We never had dental insurance and our insurance always covered impaction's. You could make an appointment with an oral surgeon and see what they suggest. You shouldn't have to suffer.

  4. GO to ada.org and find a teaching hospital which would remove that tooth at a very reasonable price. Go NOW as your situation is  Complicated already. Let me know if I can help

  5. You don't need medical insurance to get your wisdom teeth out...you need dental insurance.  Do you have that?

And you shouldn't be taking "so many pain killers".  You should only take the amount stated in the directions or you could get sick or even die.  Be careful even with over-the-counter meds.

You could always go to your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist some questions, they might be able to suggest what medicine you should try and they are a free resource.
