Wisdom tooth? or olser?

I've been sick and have a throat infection..now all of a sudden my top left wisdom tooth is hurting the gum. I press on it and feel abit of a bump on my gum.. is it my wisdom tooth? or just an olser in a very bad spot. I can't eat. cos it hurts to open my mouth. whats goin on

  1. That would be your wisdom teeth pushing through. Remember that it is going to feel alot worse to have brand new teeth brake through perfectly closed skin then looseing a tooth to another tooth directly under it. And to top it off they do it slowly to make it a bit more intense. To watch a baby go through teething is horrible and not much different to what you feel now. To give you a heads up it might continue to have on and off pains scattered throughtout a couple years. Get it checked out because some people need them removed if there is a problem with where and at what angle they are crowing in. Good-Luck. And try frozen grapes to nomd them... helped for me!


  2. It doesn't sound like an ulcer, but I would go to the doctor, maybe they will be able to give you antibiotic or something. It does sound like your wisdom teeth and if it hurts bad, then maybe go to a dentist to check it out. God bless!
