Wish I could live like the characters in pirates of the caribbeans. Any hypothetical ideas?

Sailing around and having fun doing it is done by 'cruisers'.  Check out the magazine Attitudes and Latitudes.  If you're looking to use cannons to steal people's "booty", sorry i can't help you.
