Wish to identify the exact name of a tree. ?

And does anyone know how whether roots from this tree is capable to disturbing foundations or gas pipe nearby.

  2. It's an arborvitae.  They're very common trees for close to houses, so I doubt that it'll crack your foundation or break pipes.  

  3. It looks like the junipers I have and the root systems are not invasive .they can get very tall.

  4. Looks like an abrorvitae, sometimes called Cedar.  Thuja occidentalis would be the botanical name.

    The root system on those is relatively small compared to the tree.  Not a lot of horizontal spread.  Your foundation should be fine.  And as long as the gas line doesn't go right under it, that should be fine too.
