There is this person (a man) who is making my life h**l. I can't just kick him out of my life because I have to work with him. I try not to wish ill thing's about people because I firmly believe in " what comes around goes around" but is there an exception to the rule if he is just a mean person. He talks about everyone but he focuses mainly on me. He even let's my other co-workers know if they hang with me they will also be on his hit list. I have already been to the bosses and he plays his innocent I don't understand the problem game.

  1. Maybey he has a really likes you.He just wants to spend time with you and that is his way of showing it.

  2. That is actually a form of harassment. All harassment is not sexual. I would talk to someone in HR/ personnel.  Don't ever wish bad for someone. It's too much negative energy that he doesn't deserve.

You need to have a friend or several other co-workers to back you up when  you report him. Begin to note these things as they happen, like date and time of incident then when you take them to your boss or Human Resources you will have some ammo.

  3. Have you tried to talk to him, about what he is doing? Maybe he hasn't realized how childish he is acting. He is making you feel bad in order to compensate for his own insecurities. If talking to him doesn't work, Ignore him! Just as your parents told you to do when you were a child, he obviously has the mind of one, so treat him like one. If a child acts out, you don't reward him by paying him any attention you ignore him. If the harassment still continues, I would consider taking action outside of work, if this is a job you truly want to keep. This could be considered a form of harassment.
