I honestly dont know, but it would only take one a moment to google it to find out the answer to your question but Im going to take a wild guess and say the Atlantic Ocean is colder than the Pacific just because of where they are.....  how can it not be?   its on the colder side of the US, isnt it?

the Atlantic ocean is much colder than the pacific. the pacific ocean is home to more whales who have migratory routes to the always unseasonably warm waters of hawaii.
