Witch should i buy??

Im planing to make a video that shows how to draw a dragon onM.S paint .and i was thinking witch should i buy? a web cam to make the video or a tripod for my Kodak cam. o ya and i can only spend 100$ because im saving the rest for something.

so,witch should i buy? what type? and were?

Neither - if you want to record screen activity you need a screen capture app like Camtasia.
