i'm using windows vista and i want to run windows XP and linux and i want to know witch virtualbox software is the best and the link or the website that i can download it

  1. VMWare is kind of the industry standard, but it's not free. An image reader is free though... but you would need to find an existing Windows XP virtual machine image (and the same with linux)

    VirtualBox is another good piece of software for running virtual machines, and it's free. I'd recommend this one.

    There are two options for windows. Pick the x86 version if you have an intel processor, or the AMD64 if you have.. well... a 64 bit AMD processor.
