  1. You are asking a question that can, and does, fill the shelves of the mythology and religious section of most libraries. That isn't something that can be answered with any sort of simplistic paragraph and attempt to do the answer any sort of justice or correctness.

Let me simply state this: to the extent that the above beings and actions exist, they are real. However, that does not mean that every portrayal and every book about every such being ever written is true.

So many books, for example, written on angels are based upon such an incorrect mythological interpretation and understanding of their functions, never mind the almost complete annexation of them and their interpretation by the monotheistic triptych of Islam, Judaism and Christianity, especially the latter (they are older than Judaism actually,) that the few things that the religions do get right are often overshadowed by the mass of things they get wrong. There is plenty of evidence to suggest that guardian spirits, of various types and inclinations, have existed throughout many cultures, even the pluralistic pre-monotheistic ones, suggesting that many angels simply 'changed' their address in moving from one culture to another. This also gives rise to the idea, rarely mentioned, that it is more than possible that the guardian spirit might have simply adopted a new name, and 'suggested' or ghost whispered the name, when moving to the new culture, making sure their presence remained relevant throughout the many changing and difficult times. Since it is plausible enough to think that the guardian spirits main job was not to remain stationary or rigid but helpful and current to the people it was meant to assist, changing names (and job titles) might have allowed said spirit to migrate with its people as the cultures around them changed, integrated, adapted and moved on. Such an 'evolution' would explain the 3 named angels in the Bible; them being among the oldest of the guardian spirits still existing as intermediaries between this world and the next. Such an explanation would make them real, but try finding such a 'reality' in any book about angels you will ever read about.

That is what I mean about the above genre's being real, but to the extent that they are real, and not imagined or recreated falsely in the media by others (ghosts in films are often so mis-portrayed they are little more than cartoons than based upon an actual events or people.)

  2. Yes.  You might want to read about them from a psychological point of view though.  I'd suggest Jean "Shinoda Bolen or Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

  3. withcraft- not much knolledge on it don't know how I feel about it exacly

ghosts- souls that have unfinished buisness on earth

angels- souls that made it to heaven

gods- I personally beilive in only one god so I am not the best person to talk about it.

    hope I helped

  4. Witchcraft is not real to the point of bright blue beams being shot out of the hands of women with long stringy hair and a wort planted on their bent nose. But, it is real in the aspect that it is practiced, more in a spiritual aspect - since people of other religions can practice witchcraft.

Also, there is no proof to support the existence of ghosts, angels, or a deity of any form. So to put it simply - all are false, except witchcraft which is a spiritual practice.

  5. Of course they are all real but some a realer than others.

Keep an open-mind, you never know what you will discover.

    .

  6. Well I can't answer for everyone but I believe:

Witchraft - People probably practice it but I don't think it works.

    Ghosts - No.

    Angels - Yes.

God(s) - Gods no, God yes.

  7. I can tell you ghosts exist.  But I went out and looked for them to answer that question for myself.  I believe God exists.  There is something divine out there that comes to your aid when you need it.  Angels?  I do not know.  Witchcraft?  Not like on TV.  I believe it is more of a religion.  As for any of it making sense, I believe our universe is larger and more mysterious than any of our simple minds can grasp.

  8. None make sense, gods/angels are up to you to decide. Witchcraft/ghosts are real.

  9. Witchcraft is a real religion. It is older than Christianity. I found some great information that is easy to read about Wicca here:

I think it is great you are exploring spirituality!

  10. They are stories.  They don't have to make sense.  They are entertainment.

    None of it is real.

Except Harry Potter of course, that is real.

    :)

  11. Yes but there is only one true God..

  12. This is a pretty broad question. Whether the Bible is the word of God or not is up for each person to decide. It has been well documented that some of the stories such as Noah's Ark were told in earlier cultures. Interestingly, stories about floods are common to many cultures. It is likely that those stories are partially based on a true flood. Other legends are thought to have some basis in fact. The monsters in Beowulf  could actually represent a time when humans existed along side another similar creature that did not survive. I suggest you get a book on anthropology and folklore.  There is a lot to explore.

  13. Well I can say that I believe in ghosts as I believe I've seen one and felt many others.  Not sure about Angels although something is keeping me alive as I am very very clumbsy.  As for Witchcraft, I don't know but I have done many saionts (bad spelling I know) with good results, even when I do them alone (so I know no one else is pushing the cup). And Gods, well I belive the world God represents all things living.
