Witchcraft and Wicca although similar are not mutually connected or exclusive.  Spiritual path is how you reach out to the divine source and witchcraft is a practice.  Witchcraft can include many things such as herbalism, divination as well as spellcraft.  I cannot really separate my spiritual path and my witchcraft because for me they are very intertwined.  Some great books are:

Grimore for the Apprentice Wizard by Oberon Zell-Ravenheart

The Inner Temple or Witchcraft by Christopher Penczak

The Spiral Dance by Starhawk

lol all above answers aside, there are lots of paths to follow.  A few good places to look wouild be witchvox.com whitewicca.com and wyldwytch.com  there are a lot of knowledgeable people on there.  

And yeah, im a guy too.  I practiced wicca for a while, but am more of a shaman/asatru priest now.

Forget witchcraft. Get into Shamanism. Buy some Carlos Casteneda and Terence McKenna novels.
