Abramoff stole money, admitted it and got 4 years. Sandy Berger, Clinton's national security advisor, stole national security documents and denied it, what will his sentence be? Probably 8 years at least, don't you think?

  1. I don't know.  Take your proof to a judge and find out.

  2. don't forget the attorney general

  3. Nancy Pelosi promised to enforce ethics. It seems ethics only apply if the unethical behavior is committed by a Republican. Remembeer William Jefferson of Louisana?

Don't count on Sandy Berger getting ten minutes of humiliation from the Democrattically controled judicial system.

  4. Sandy Berger was already sentenced a long time ago. He got a harsher punishment than Scooter Libby got.

  5. Sandy Berger fined $50,000 for taking documents

Must perform 100 hours of community service

Former National Security Adviser Sandy Berger was sentenced Thursday to community service and probation and fined $50,000 for illegally removing highly classified documents from the National Archives and intentionally destroying some of them.

Berger must perform 100 hours of community service and pay the fine as well as $6,905 for the administrative costs of his two-year probation, a district court judge ruled.

Now, don't you feel sorry for him???  Such a tough sentence!

  6. I didn't get the memo.
