I feel that the whole unretirement thing made me unsure about him? Sad that he probably will not be entering the Hall of Fame as a Packer now but, I will probably cheer for him non the less. To me, he will ALWAYS be a Packer and I will not stop wearing his jerseys on Sundays...Perhaps I might get a Jets #4 jersey now?

  1. are u serious? why wouldn't he be inducted into Packers HOF? GB would riot if the Packers even thought about the idea. Favre not retiring as a Packers has nothing to do with the career he's had in GB and the fact that he was a Franshise player. Not only that but his jersey will also be retired the day that all of the feuding settles down some.

  2. When you think Joe Montana, you think 49ers, not the Chiefs. When you think Joe Namath you think Jets, not the Rams. When you think Johnny Unitas, you think Colts, not the Chargers. I will always think of Brett Favre as a Packer, not a Jet,

  3. wow....hes a jet now. sports.yahoo.com

  4. no f*** him, sorry but i dont think he should deserve to play anymore, he shouldve just been retired

  5. I believe he will go in as a Packer, but for you people who think he can't go in as a Jet you may be wrong. Marcus Allen played the majority of his career for the Raiders, but when he and Al Davis started feuding he went to KC and is in the HOF as a Chief and not as a Raider. The player has the option of which of his teams he enters the HOF representing.

  6. What do you mean he won't enter the Hall of Fame as a Packer? Just because you leave that team you had alot of success with doesn't mean you won't enter the Hall of Fame as  a member of that team. If you play for three teams, like Brett, you will go in as the member of the team you had the most success with which is for Brett of course the Green Bay Packers. Joe Montana played one season with the Chiefs but was put in as a Niner. Johnny Unitas finished his career in San Diego but was put in as a Colt. Vince Lombardi coached the 'Skins for a year but was put in as a Packer and also DE Jason Taylor plays for the 'Skins now but will be put into the Hall of Fame as a Dolphin.
