They might try to get UFA Wade Redden

Redden seems like the probable choice

Brian Campbell was the priority but family and money became the main factors.  That leaves a glaring hole on our blueline and Wade Redden is the other big name dman out there.  Redden refused to be traded to SJ during the trade deadline this past season but apparently has now changed his views towards playing in SJ.  So he could be the signing.

Furthermore, its not too far fetched to see Hossa signed as a Shark.  I think the reason SJ is so quiet is because Wilson is working on a deal to maybe move one of his players and sign Hossa to a deal.

Too bad Pandolfo signed back with NJ(Devils were smart to bring back his services)....he would've been the perfect off season acquisition for our forward lines......
