With Princess Diana's charity work, were there any obstacles while she was attempting to resolve the issues?

Diana's most challenging interest was a highly political one that grew out of one of her charities that provided prosthetics(arm and leg) to the injured.This was her Land Mines initiative;Diana wanted all militaries who planted land mines to remove them. She was pooh-poohed by many politicians for taking them on.

Diana also chose to take on AIDS work,visiting the ill and touching them,something no one else had done because of ignorance about how the disease was spread.
