With Russia invading Georgia, Iran getting Nukes, Is Armageddon near?

Man has so destroyed this planet, and is nonstop trying to destroy itself, I would say the end in not too far away.

We have at least 7 years and a 4 months before Armageddon.  So, depending on your definition of near, it could be.

I dont think iran has nukes just yet but it does have a nuclear program and russia is supporting it. alot of people say that a new cold war might start because russia has invaded georgia and might invade ukraine and attack poland (US-polish missile deal). truth is that a new cold war started a while ago since putin became president (just like cold war began in 1945 but was officially announced later) with the russians making a father of all bombs which countered the american monther of all bombs, the new russian stealth plane (t-50) made to counter the f-22 raptor, and new third generation tanks such as t-90, t-95, and black eagle tank. China and America might have a space race because china was not accepted to the ISS project (Internation Space Station) so they are making their own space station. North korea has developed nukes and Iran is close to developing nukes but they are trying to develop technoloy made 50 years ago and we have shields by now, the only country that can penetrate shields is russia with topol and russia is not dumb enough to nuke everyone off the face of our planet. Too be honest i wouldnt mind a new cold war because it truly gives us new technology (evidence say that if USSR would still exist they would use laser tanks and would land a man on mars in late 1990's). Georgian president wanted america too send in troops too georgia but america is smart enough to realize if that happens then that really is WWIII. If you want i posted some links for you below about a philosopher that made many predictions made a prediction about WWIII.

I would say the end is really far away.  Armageddon requires a lot more than one nation getting nuclear weapons and the invation of a small country...  and technically we(americans as i assume you are) are the only ones to have nuked a nation...twice.  Sad but true.  But dont worry im sure our little blue earth has many days to see with us riding shotgun.

You should have also mentioned America building missile installation's along Russia's border....... these will be the biggest cause of Armageddon :)
