With Sarah, and Obama will anybody ever mention Punk again?

McCain could hardly get a mention on TV before. With Sarah in the race with him will anybody ever mention him again? Punk was McCain's handle when we were in the Navy.

People vote for the president, not the vice president.  In the end it will come down to conservative, experienced McCain or "hope and change" Obama.  But Palin gives him some of the voters who will enthusiastically vote for anyone other than a white male, because for them, that represents change.  A lot of women feel that way.  I know my wife was thrilled by the choice.  Let Palin have her time in the sun.

Sarah Palan's being tapped as McCain's running mate has overshadow McCain's own image and platform. It as if the old man in a wheelchair is being lead around by the hot nurse; or candy stripier.

He had been put in the roll of yelling for attention, now it does seem like he has again done something that will put him on the backburner again.  Palin mania will calm down soon enough, people dont really care about the VP picks very much.  Look at Quayle, Bush I, Cheney, Mondale, all very forgetable.
