Will he catch the great Allen Pitts for the yardage record now? It seems its a no brainer that he will but 1200 yards in 13 games is still a lot for any receiver. I hope he gets that record too :-)

  1. Stegall is an exceptional reciever and he will probably try his best to put that record away as well... i wish him all the best

  2. It will be close and he's probably gonna have to get it done this year because I think he might retire.

  3. No sweat.  In the CFL 1200 yards is nothing especially when the team is playiong well which Bombers are.

  4. He needs to average approximately 70 yds a game for the rest of the season.  Seeing as how he is the leading receiver in the CFL now, I would think it's a lock providing he doesn't get injured

  5. I think it's possible, but not incredibly likely.  If he doesn't get it by the end of the season, I doubt he'll come back to take another crack at it next year.  Seeing how Armstrong and Edwards have both caught more passes than Stegall this year, he'd need a couple more of those 100-yard TD catches to have a decent shot. ;)
