With The Ps3 80GB coming out for 400 dollars I have a few Questions

1) When will it come out

2) Where will it be available

3) WILL IT HAVE BACKWARDS COMPATIBILITY

4) If it comes out what should i get a 80GB or a used 60GB

5) What games should I get for it

2 - pretty much everywhere

3 - nope, its the old 40GB wiht a 80GB HDD instead. 9 n a dualshock 3)

4 - for BC, the 60gb, for value 80gb(unless you ahve alot of PS2 games you will find you tend to stop playing them)

5- Uncharted, Assaisn creed, Resistance, Oblviion, Gran Turismo etc

later on - Little Big planet, Resistnace 2, Fallout 3, Far Cry 2 etc

3. No it does not only the other 80 gb will have that feature.

4. 80 gb, I don't recommend used electronics at all

I hope you get the PS3 80 gb core. Its a great deal. Do not buy anything used. Then you will just have a better experiance with your Playstation 3 system.

3. NO, it can't play PS2 games, and it can play most PS1 games ( all models do)

4. A 80 GB, the only place you'll be able to find a used 60 GB now is Ebay or Amazon

5. MGS4, LittleBigPlanet, Resistance 2, Uncharted, just to name a few that are already out and upcoming ones

Well if you need to play ps2 games,need memory card inserts then go for the 60gb, if you dont care for PS2 games or memorycard slots

go for the new 80gb

4) Well, why not the new 80gb? If you really dont want that, then I would say get the original 80gb

4) Depends if you want backwards capabilites..... you could always just keep your PS2 hooked up as well as your PS3 until you don't play your PS2 games anymore
