With Tivo, can I record from digital cable, basic cable AND a seperate sattelite box?

We have Sattelite for one foreign channel. We also have regular cable and digital table for the HDTV. What kind of tivo do i need to get to be able to record from all 3?

Hi Abhi S,

You can get either a HD or a Series 3 TiVo. It will take a bit of wiring but you can put an in line switch and connect all three sources to your TiVo.

In addition to recording shows you can transfer recordings to your computer, edit them if desired then record them to a DVD.

You can also allow TiVo to share pictures and music from your computer. It will play the music and slide shows on your TV.
