  1. In transit means it is on its way.  If it was to say out for delivery it would mean that it would be delivered that day.  When you track it, you should see an estimated arrival date.  Go by that.  Sometimes they can get there earlier, but keep in mind with the holiday they are very busy.

  2. Did you ever see Star Trek? Its like "beam me up Scotty" but without all the remolecularization. That just means that its on a truck or plane or train or SS Enterprise on its way to its destination.

  3. if you are going to get it today it would say loaded for delivery today

  4. It means it is on the way and has not been scanned at the next depot or delivery point.

  5. It means it's comimg. Yay!!!

  6. It's on the truck.  If it's early in the day, you'll likely get it that day.  If it's later, might be next day.

  7. It means that it has left 1 shipping point and has not yet been scanned at the destination point.

  8. It means that your package is on the way to you.  If not its in the process of being shipped which is another word for in transit.  Hope its worth the wait.      Good Luck

  10. that it is on a truck right now being delivered.

  11. that it is being transported

  12. It means it is IN TRANSIT. On a truck/plane somewhere between the shipper and the destination. If the website says your package is "out for delivery", then it's on the way to your house/office.
