With Vonage, does it cost more to make call's to cell phones?

Like, you pay 25 dollars a month, but do you have to pay an extra fee to call people with a cell phone number?

With vonage you can make as many calls as you want, incoming and outgoing....  Its really not a bad deal they have different monthly plans, and if you go with the unlimited one you could talk 3000 minutes up and still only charge one fee..... 1 thing to keep in mind, if your high speed connection goes out, so does the phone,,, I have Charter and well i think it is out, more than when it is working...
