With a police caution (1st offence) can i still get a holiday visa to China?

I stole a bottle of perfum worth £49 :((( i felt bad and i told them i was very sorry and would never do it again.

  1. yes you may  just don't pull same stunt here in china  they execute  people  for less


  2. You will be fine, do not put that you have a criminal record on your visa application.. They do not check.  If because you are such an honest person, put down that you have a criminal record, they will ask you for pages of details and you will very likely be rejected.
