Actually X is the Greek letter that represents Chri, so that's where the spelling of X-mas and Xians came from.  It couldn't mean the trinity because there's no symbol there for God or the Holy Spirit.

Obviously your answer is no. X does not equal an "amount" of Jesus. Just because there are three X's doesn't mean there are 3 Jesus'. Also, the X is the abbreviation for Christ...therefore it would mean 3 Christ's not the holy trinity. You would have to have one letter for the Father and the Holy Spirit also.
