  1. right now the jets are looking at trade options, the 2 most likely places for him right now is minnesota or bears, if they cant get a trade by the time the roster cut-down begains, he will be released

  2. he goes to a team in desperate need of a back up with a young starting Qb he can help mentor.chad is a good QB he just breaks too easy

  3. to another team

  4. Vikings would be a good fit but Miami is waiting for a QB

  5. I hear that Green Bay needs a QB with at least 1 NFL start under his belt....

  6. Whether he heads to a different team or stays with the Jets he belongs on the sidelines with a clipboard and not running a teams offense.

  7. Based on performance?

Assitant JV coach for a local high school.

  8. So far, they're saying Minnesota, time will tell.

  9. Raiders no.

  10. Backup?    He can start on most of the teams in the league.  Look around only about 12 teams in the league have decent QBS.   And hes a top 10 QB.    The Bears could really use him...Their QBS are just plain terrible.     But I'd like to see him go to the Vikings.   They need a veteran QB and they could do some serious damage with Pennington.       Thats really the only piece they are missing is a good, mature QB.   And if Pennington was to go to the Viking in a indirect way it will get back at the Packers because I believe a vikings team led by Pennington would beat the Packers....But Herm Edwards used to coach Pennington so that is a possiblty too because Brody Croyle is not that good.      SO I say Vikings, Bears or Chiefs.....

  11. He'll probably be a free agent for a little while, but the Bears, Vikings or Chiefs could be who he signs with.

  12. The sideline..

  13. maybe bears, or jobless...he should just join the g*y navy
