  1. It's a belief that through faith your hymen will grow back.

  2. I've heard of women's hymens growing back after seven years, but that's it

  3. If they were a rape victim or something like that, I'd respect and understand a "second virginity"

But if they had too much fun at Atlantic City? No.

  4. LOL!  Oh man,.OUCH!  I know that Muslim women are getting theirs surgically sown back together to become "virgins" again when seeking a husband since a little "piece" of the hymen usually remains around the sides of the v****a after it is broke.  The hymen can not regrow itself.

LOL!  They get certificates stating that they are virgins afterwords!

Other than that, I thought it was just a "state of mind",..*snickering*

(((RJ)))  Lol,.good topic there!  Great to see you!

((Blue chaos)))  Great to see you too!

  5. It is someone just fooling themselves.  Or maybe their partner.

  6. Many years ago I decided to take 'secondary virginity,' which is just as meaningless but has less of a religious sound to it.

  7. It means,  that if you say it enough times - you might actually start to believe it yourself!

  8. It's the idea that a man or woman who has had pre-marital s*x suddenly chooses to devote themselves to chastity until marriage. The concept is explored in an episode of King of the Hill.

I don't really think the phrase "born again virgin" is the correct term, but that's the popular term. I think it might be better to say "renewed chastity," because once you lose or give away your virginity, you can never really get it back. But you can always renew your devotion to chastity until marriage. It's not easy, but it can be done.

  9. born again is a misnomer.

Unless we are spirit we are born once.

  10. All it takes is a purity ring genital piercing.
