With all the money we've spent on the wars couldn't we have constructed the worlds greatest border fence?

Yes we could have, it would have also have funded more border patrol, land mines and let the military help with patrolling the fence!

I dont really think funding is the issue with the fence however.  Not really.

I'd rather spend that money in improving education, creating jobs, and a better and universal health system. A fence? In my opinion it won't do anything.
