And if it was, I couldn't care less. I don't ban myself from using water I pay for, living on an Island... Also, I think a certain Religion need to take a look at the water they waste. They do not use plugs or have standing water. They use millions of gallons of it a day.

Anyway, you should water your plants at night. It's better for them.

This weather has ruined my grape crop and I blame Brown. Well he fecks everything else up so why not the weather.

It is, and in fact at the same time we had 76.2mm of rain here in Dublin they were having an add not to go watering your lawn. timing was crazy but there it was.

Probably, what amazes me is they have bans in one of the wettest countries in the world, yet in Spain where it sometimes only rains for  few weeks a year, we never have bans well it least not in the 6 years I lived there.

It amazes me how there can ever be a water shortage in this Country! but oh that will be because of the badly maintained pipes etc we are having to pay more for?! Just as well I like sailing..:)
