With all this stormy weather could there be another drought?

The ground has not yet dried from the previous storm, before it is raining again....Do you think there is any dry land left?Where in the world has it not felt rain or storm and inneed of water??

setting here playing Q/A,, with out any notice,,, the sky fall out..

lighting like crazy,,,,60 to 70 mph winds,,,,rain so hard,,,

tree limbs breaking all around the house...thought the war had come to Dallas,TX.,,,OK NOW don't need that again...
