With an iPOD touch and can you connect it to your computer and add music and videos using drag and drop?

I know you are allowed the feature of accessing Itunes from the device directly. However can you, like with the traditional ipods add stuff using your computer.

Also if you have any problems or opinions with it, let me know. I wanna know what I'm buying.

You can use your desktop or laptop to put videos or songs, but you have to use the iTunes like the others iPods. I have one and I tkink that Itouch is the best of iPods.
