  1. You will not get cable channels.  In the Twin Cities, we do get a few more sub channels.  Basically, our local ABC has 5-1 and 5-2.  5-1 is regular old 5.  5-2 is a station that rebroadcasts the news all day.  Our local NBC has a 24 hour weather channel for both local and national.

You also get a program guide on your digital.  Make sure you go to https://www.dtv2009.gov/ApplyCoupon.aspx and apply for your coupon if you have not already.

  2. yes u do get some like for each channel there are 2 or 3 some are weather and news and  one is a music channel

  3. Well u know on feb 18 2009 there switching everything to d-tv and analog tvs will no longer work

  4. You still get public access channels, just more of them in some cases.

    PBS has like 5....etc....

    Only PUBLIC ACCESS.

Anything on cable or satellite is considered private access, since you have to pay for it.
