well we currently cant recieve incoming or outgoing calls so i was just wondering whther aol offer a phone line ...?

  1. No if you do not have a BT maintained line you will not get an AOL service.

    You say that you cannot receive or make calls, does that mean that there is a line into the premises, if so you can ask BT to activate it, but will still be stuck with a contract.

    As for AOL, if it was me I would not consider them, I had nothing but trouble and was very glad to be able to get away from them.

    I now have probably the best service which can be obtained in the UK, for both my phone and broadband connections.
